When you submit the repair request form we collect the name, mobile number, area, device details and message you provide. We do not collect anything else, and the site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Your details are used only to contact you about your repair or purchase enquiry, and to keep a service record so warranty claims can be verified later.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass customer contact details to third parties.
Cookies
A single cookie remembers whether you prefer the English or Bangla version of the site. It stores no personal information.
