Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges only. A firm price is given after inspection and before work begins. No work is carried out without your approval.
Warranty
Repairs carry a written warranty stated on your service slip. Warranty covers the specific fault repaired and the parts we installed. It does not cover new faults, physical damage, liquid damage, voltage surges, or repairs opened by another shop.
Parts
We use original parts where available and clearly labelled quality-grade alternatives otherwise. The part type is written on your slip.
Home visits
A visiting charge applies to home service and is waived if you proceed with the repair. Visit timings are estimates and may shift with traffic and workload.
Device collection
Devices left for repair should be collected within 30 days of the completion call. Please keep your service slip; it is required for collection and for warranty claims.
