Backup time dropping
We load-test the battery to see whether it still holds its rated capacity, then check charging voltage and current. Sulphated batteries can sometimes be recovered; genuinely dead cells cannot, and we will tell you which one you have.
Not charging / charging too slowly
Failed charging relay, burnt transformer winding, blown fuse or a faulty charge controller are all repairable. We also correct the charging current setting, which many units leave badly configured.
Continuous beeping and overload trips
Usually an overload condition, a weak battery under load, or a failed feedback circuit. We calculate your actual connected load and advise the right IPS capacity for it.
Inverter board and no-output faults
